Menu items include ingredients grown on Buttermilk’s own Millstone Farm.

We welcome you to Henry’s at the Farm at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa. Chef Cherilyn would like you to indulge in the seasonal flavors of Summer that can be found all throughout each dish. The menu is filled with fresh and exciting new dishes using fresh herbs, berries and honey from our own Millstone Farm. Enjoy local poultry from Murray’s Farm, beef from Hudson Valley Cattle Company, vegetables from Hepworth Farms in Milton, NY and locally grown mushrooms from Flowering Ecology Center in Ellenville, NY.
